Oaklands Railway Crossover

New footpaths and surrounding areas for a major railway and road crossover.

Using this a combination of Bluestone cobblestones and a mix of shot blast and bush hammered finished stone pavers, this project is an example of a contemporary finish over a mix of wet-lay and dry-lay bases.

The juxtaposition of the different paving finishes, strong angles, off-form concrete street furniture, and plantings has successfully incorporated what could have been a very utilitarian space into the greater urban environment.
